Alejandra is the Growth Director at DevSavant, where she partners closely with clients to ensure an outstanding experience throughout their collaboration. She is dedicated to understanding clients' business goals, projects, and talent needs, acting as a strategic liaison to make sure every voice is heard and supported. She aligns business requirements with growth strategies, advocating for top Latin American talent, and overseeing every partnership to quickly adapt to their evolving needs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and an MBA from Universidad del Norte and brings over 7 years of experience in commercial and client-facing roles, including the sale of SaaS products.
